Downloading lots of brushes don't necessarily help, I don't use much, or at all, any brushes, only the default basic brush. |
When you're doing grunge, yes, downloading lot's of brushes helps. Also notice the "make". Making grunge brushes helps the most. |
Downloading brushes doesn't help people improve. ONLY making does. |

Not completely correct. Downloading some brushes may help making your sigs better but not your actual skill.
