| Something close to $1111.11 would be nice. I need a computer good for gaming, and it needs be good at staying on for long periods of time, because I'll probably leave it on overnight thrice a week. Also, I need it to be cool (temperature) and quiet because I stay up late. Bonus points for silent mouse and keyboard.

For the silent keyboard, look at a rubber keyboard.
As for the mouse, maybe someone will post one known for being particularly quiet.
As for a machine with decent specs, I don't have the time to look anything up now; for $1k you should be able to get a decent price. Just take into account the amount of power you'll need (PSU), a case which will seat your components safely/correctly, and a mobo which supports all components you purchase (e.g. Hard drive, processor slot, amount of memory, type of memory, etc etc).

Razer keyboards+mouses are not needed!!
For a mouse get a mx518, best mouse ever made.
