more information please.
When does it happen? Does your pc even boot up, or BSOD right after login? Did it BSOD randomly or were you doing something while it happened? How long have you had win xp installed for?

get blue screen viewer. It will direct its self to the minidump folder and show you what the blue screen was for.

This is what caused my BSOD during a game

Is it some sort of fault on the directx9 installation or the Driver im using?

Radeon 9550, Catalyst 8.7

Try downloading the latest directx and video card driver.

It's the fault of the driver, 80 to 90% of crashes are due to faulty drivers which is the same case with you. If you haven't tried already, go into safe mode and uninstall the display drivers, then re-install them in normal mode.

Go into safe mode and uninstall your drivers first. Reboot, install new drivers. I had a similar issue with intel drivers on one pc, reinstalling fixed it.

Shall i remove the graphic chipset aswell? I can't even remember what kinda driver chipset i need...
