where are the files that you replace with that?
I intend to get Windows 7 soon and i would much prefer that than to the regular start orb, it looks so epic...

that files are not the ones used for the replacement, they are just examples.

I needed to make 32bit-Bitmaps with Transparency.

files are compiled in the explorer.exe
