Hello i downloaded and installed CE 5.5 and if i want to start it a failure comes i not have the rights too start it i have windows 7 ultimate 64bit and i am the only admin on my notebook how do i solve that problem???

rightclick the icon and choose "run as administrator"

I tried that out with right click but not solved the problem it still says the same and CE not starting...

check your anti virus. Perhaps it's blocking ce from running
