So, last night i was going to buy a router on ebay, then i figured there was a tutorial on how to make the router i already have work without my other phone company, and it was fairly simple and i was suprised i didn't figure it out myself, but here's one big problem... The wireless works and when i connect, it stays connected for like 20 seconds then disconnects then i go back to the networks and its right there and i connect and the same thing happens, it does it even if im right next to the router.

Router model?

Perhaps it's frequency interference.
