Cheat Engine

Ok, so...

On Cheat Engine (I'm using 5.5) there's a check button at "Memory Scan Options", under the scaning area. That check button says "pause the game while scanning". Well, I wanna do exactly the same thing, but not just when scanning, but always.

4 example, the game is running, i select the Pause option and the game freezes, and it only starts again once I uncheck the button.

Is there a way???
