My current one is in an attachment. Tell me if you need more details.
EDIT:
Also, why does it say I have 510 MB? I'm quite sure it had 256 MB before.

Your ATI X800 XT uses an AGP Slot.
You need to tell us what motherboard you have and how many swats your power supply is to tell us if it will work or not.
Also the 4550 is an old, and not a very good video card.
IF you can have a PCIe graphics card I would personally save more and buy something alot better.

Listen, I'm really poor and my family is, too. And I'm too young to work. So buying a super-expensive one isn't an option. The reason I want a new one is because I just installed Modern Warfare 2 and it said I needed at least Graphics Shader 3.0 to play the game, and I have 2.0. Anyway, how do I show you my 'Number of SWATs' etc.?

Rofl I meant to say Watts.
Skip that step till we confirm your motherboard first.
Download http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php and go to the mainboard tab and then post back with your motherboard details.

Yeah, it's a name script, don't worry. Also, it's quite strange that my images got removed. I re-uploaded them to tinypic.

I tried Googling your motherboard Dell 0j3492 but I couldn't find any specifications.
Your current x800 xt video card is running on an AGP slot, so I highly doubt you would have a PCIe slot... If you want to be sure, open you case and take a photo of the whole motherboard and Power Supply. Those will indicate wether your Power Supply can give enough Wattage (not Swattage) and if you have a PCIe slot.

It's a Dell Dimension 8400. Maybe this helps? Also, is an AGP card good? Also, my question remains; why does it say I have 510MB while my Video Card only has 265MB.

According to Dell it does have a PCI-e x16 slot, and it has a 350 watt PSU.
So yeah, you're pc can probably handle the HD4550

Thanks for the help. Also, does the HD4550 have Pixel Shader 3.0?
