My internet plan is 10 megabits per second in download speed or like 1.2MBps.

But according to that download, I'm going 2.2MBps.
Also it's not 2.2Megabits per second because that would be like 200kb and that doesn't add up when you incorporate it into the equation of
amount of installer remaining / 220kb = 95 seconds.
About 200mb / 220kb/s
= 200,000kb / 220kb/s = 909 seconds
or like 15 min.
However, 200mb / 2.2mb/s = 90 seconds.
So yeah.
Also, when i was downloading I got 3.2 Megabits per second on speedtest.net
However, after the download finished, i got this.

It also depends on your connection with the server. How fast the server is uploading the data.

How fast it can send information to YOU. Just because you can go 10 doesn't mean you are going to go 10.

The server your downloading from might have slow download rates or your connection sucks.

If you have comcast they have powerboost. Incredibly boosts your DL speeds.
