Well I'd start by correcting your post. You said harddrive and linked to a motherboard. Correct it? And we'll also need to know what else you're getting to determine the PSU requirements.

That mobo seems a little cheap. You may wanna buy a bit more expensive one to ensure a newer cpu will work in it. But then its ATI, and ATI is relatively cheaper than intel. Still, I'd think about it a bit more.
