Everything with the eyes is pro but rest isn't very good.
EDIT: The hands are well made too.

hair is too wide. (Keep it simpler =x )
feet/hands are awfully small.
clothing choice is rather boring.

good, i like it
maybe give it a background, with more context.
it reminds me of those scenes where the weaker character goes beserk and the hair goes like that and they end up destroying everything in a frenzy. XD

mmm, the character needs more of an expression the mouth/nose is horrible(sorry to say it but yeah).

I was going for that but I had no idea how to do it. I got too lazy to make a BG though since the shading on the girl was kindof bad.
