Or is the Nvidia one just for hdmi output sound? I don't realy get it.

I think you just downloaded two different drivers. One might be working and one might be just a dummy (installed driver but no physical hardware)

question is did you open up the case and try to find out?
It would be easier but i think you just have one.

EDIT: NVM its that you install Nvidia and Realtek. You have one soundcard ( its onboard on your motherboard)

I have VIA and Nvidia Audio drivers.

So no you only have one~ i hope i helped >.<

The NVIDIA output is most likely tied to the HDMI port, if you have one of their supported GPUs that feature an onboard audio codec. The Realtek HDA codec is probably used for the 3.5mm audio jacks.
