Soo... you chose a frame of a particular flame, then simply exported the image?
You can do much more than that. Follow the tutorials.

I hate that it suck's up al my RAM and runs my CPU to 100% for so long at the highest...

I never said I did... now did I?
Use lower resolution - it cuts down rendering time by a lot. also, use jpg for lower quality.
