What browser are you using?

Anyway, try logging in FB using Internet Explorer, and check if it crashes. If it crashes, might be a FB problem.

Im guessing FB is face book. I don't use it but I know it runs on both java and flash, so update yours if you havnt already. If its firefox, reinstall it. My aunt had a problem on FF that the comment stuff would squish. It didnt fix untill she reinstalled both java and FF. So try it.

crashes FF, IE, chrome
Freezes opera so i can't even type anything.

Its probably java. Uninstall it and reinstall the latest. It should fix them all but I know fF can be a dick, so you may need to reinstall it. Opera probably doesnt crash because it tends to have its own built in plugins for flash and java.

Try clearing your temp files (although, I'm not sure if THAT will really help.)
But uninstalling + downloading latest Java will help.
