I really had to piss, and i forgot i had my ipod in my hoodie pocket (it always falls out of there) and it fell in.
I grabbed it withought hesitation, but i guess it was too late.
It shut off while i was holding it, and i dried it really fast, but i was too late. The bottom left corner heated up really fast, and i started seeing the screen was slowly heating up (white marks growing on bottom).
Now, i bought it off of craigslist, so i have no warranty.
Any ideas on what i should do guys? it's not turning on any more, and it's not even getting hot when i try.

You seriously stuck your hand in the toilet? Also, that was pretty dumb knowing that it might fall out and still doing it. This solution looks pretty out there but give it a try: http://www.methodshop.com/gadgets/ipodsupport/toilet/index.shtml

It's broken, that's what happens when things fall in water.
You shouldn't have had it in your hoodie pocket anyway, this is just a matter of you not taking care of your own stuff.

leave it out in the sun or hot dry place for a day or two
then turn it on later
you should never turn things on right after they are exposed to water
>_> that usually encourages shorting, etc

Rice is recommended for media players, cell phones. It was probably pretty bad for it to have been on, though..

leave it out for some days to dry, try again.
you may have fucked it if you immediately turned it back on.

I dropped my cellphone in the ocean and immediately jumped it in to get it, I tried rice, had no luck, bought some precision screw drivers opened it up, hair dried it, worked fine. But seeing as you can't really open up Ipod's (easily), I don't think you can do anything about it.

I don't know if this may work, but use a Blow Dryer.
One time my dad dropped his bluetooth headset into the kitchen sink.
He said it was set internally to and pulled out a Hair Dryer, after a while of blow drying, it actually worked.
