Google is your friendz.
And just to make your googling a bit easier, driver robot is shareware so if your not willing to pay/get the serial from another source search for just a pure driver.

It works even if you don't meet minimum specs.
As long as your card supports whatever DX the game uses, Pixel Shader, blah blah blah, it'll still run.
I used to run TF2 on my integrated card, failed minimum specs on systemrequirementslab, and it would still run, with minor framerate issues when there was a lot of stuff going on.

Developers being lazying decided to console port the game to PC.
No more dedicated server support.
No more mods.
No wonder you get artifacts, as it's got "bugs" written all over it.
For the consoles it's a great game, but for PC, it's epic failure.

IT ISN'T WORKING CORRECTLY BECAUSE YOU DON'T HAVE THE MINIMUM SPECS. THEY'RE CALLED REQUIREMENTS FOR A REASON.
