I have headphones plugged into the line out jack, and i have tried multiple drivers..from SiS 7012, to C-Media. I think C-Media is the right driver, but no sound is produced.

SiS 7012 Audio is enabled in the BIOS.

I've also tried the manufacturer website for the motherboard, still no luck.

If i plug the headphones into the line-in jack i get static, so i guess power to it isn't gone ?

Has anyone had a problem like this ?

Do you have a separate sound card (as in, other than your integrated one)?

There's a pci card as well, yea. I'll try removing it.

Why don't you just plug it into that?

It is likely better than your onboard one.

It's a TV Tuner card, will that work?

Why don't you just try it? It isn't going to hurt anything if it doesn't work.

Only thing that comes up in Playback options is the C-Media AC97 output, but that doesn't give any sound lol
