I know it is illegal to install mac on a non-mac hardware in the usa but If I do install it on a non-mac hardware,what charges can they put against me?Can they still sue me evenif I am not in the usa?

They most likely won't catch you, but yeah if they did they would sue. Not sure of the charges though.

catching you is not what you should be worried about. I've installed Mac OS X 10.5 over a year ago and nothing's happened. What you should be worried about are updates. If you have a hackintosh you can't download the updates made by Apple, also you better hope that your graphics card supports Quartz extreme or else your hackintosh is pretty much useless. Even if you do successfully install a mac on your pc there are a lot of features that you still can't use. so NEVER base your opinion on your experience with a hackintosh to the real thing.

Read up on Hackintosh.

The odds of them catching you are about the same odds as beging caught using a cracked windows license. Its very unlikely.
