i need a 23-24 inch monitor for my build, and it needs good picture quality. i don't know which monitors are pva/mva panels on newegg so i need your guys's help.

You won't find a good VA panel for that price. A 22" maybe.

24" PVA's are typically around $450.

I would recommend sticking with a good TN panel unless you have a specific need for something with full 8-bit color.

srsly this

don't bother wasting $$$ unless photo work is your fucking job. TN panel dithering algorithms tend to be really good in newer panels. You'd be surprised how good they can look.

You really dont need that great of a monitor for gamming. Get a 20 inch HD.
