Clock keeps reseting

Every time I restart the computer my clock resets to sometime in Feb 2004. Anyway to stop this?

Turn off your computer, go to your BIOS, and check your time there.
In your BIOS, set the time to the correct time.
Restart your computer and boot into BIOS again. (Don't enter windows at all at any previous steps)
Check if the time is correct or if the BIOS time resets.
Post back with the results.

And if it cant be fixed by doing what he said, the problem is probably that your CMOS chip is dying.

Yes the CMOS/BIOS Battery.

Is the BIOS/CMOS actually in the battery? Or does that battery run the BIOS?
I first thought it was on the motherboard, then on the battery, and now im confused.

The battery powers the chips; BIOS and CMOS is inside chips.

Yep, same thing happens to me. Just change the CMOS battery and you'll be good.
