It look's ok.
I personally I don't like having applications running in the background just for desktop icons though.

Looks cool but probably makes it slow if you don't have a great computer :\

You should decide yourself if you think it is useful or not for your own purposes.

In my opinion, it is just more worthless junk to throw on your computer.

If you can find use for it, it's a good program.
I used it once a while ago, it has a feature to hide all icons on the desktop with a double-click or something. That was pretty useful, but I never really used the desktop much, so it's not incredibly useful to me.

True, just like those desktop dock things. You add on a bunch of things and they are usually pointless. Its best to just keep your desktop tidy yourself :\
