MTU Setting In Router

My XBOX 360 Console says my mtu setting is not at the minimum of 1364
when it already is

The only thing that works is power cycling the router and my modem and my connection will be fine for the next day or so and than again I'd get the MTU warning

Is it my router?
Its like 2 years old

Ok man heres whatyu do

in the address bar

192.168.1.1
pw and login are usually admin

on the basic setup, scroll down, find mtu size, see what its at. Mine is set to auto, ut it should be set to 1500.
