would MSI GF N9400GT PCIE 1GB DDR2 128BIT be enough for me if the games i play is not THAT HD ?

divide it by 3.5 and it will become USD .

The X1900 will smoke the asses out of the 9400 and 8600GTs, but it's a old card.

Get the Sapphire Radeon HD4850. Blows away the HD4670 (about 2x faster), 8600GT/X1900, and the 9400GT by a long shot (approximately 8x faster overall).

It also depends on what powersupply you have, so make sure you can power the thing.
