Iknorite? My school blocks any site with proxy, block, bypass, cheat, etc.

Some popular web proxy scripts:
CGIProxy
Glype
PHProxy
Proxono
Surrogafier
Zelune
You will need a webserver running PHP with cURL, and Perl for CGIProxy. I don't recommend using mod_cgi or fastcgi. You can host this server on your home computer so long as you can: 1) edit the firewall settings 2) access the router (if any) to forward a port and 3) your ISP does not block it.
But overall, I'd suggest creating a SSH tunnel, it's truly the fastest, safest and easiest method. This can also be done on your home connection, although you may need to change the default port (22) to something typical (80, 443, 8080) that won't be blocked.

If it's just to access CEF I made a little thing with just frames, for some reason my school doesn't pick it up, but http://f3ar.hobo-studios.org/cef might work.
If not, then again, what compactwater said, use something like that, I've used PHProxy before, seems nice
