I think if you packed 256 Terrabytes of RAM into a computer it would explode. In a few years you might get a 256 Terrabyte hard drive though. Biggest personal computer hard drive I've seen was 6 TB.

How could that be true? If you have minimal hertz central bus speed, it won't matter how much ram you have, the computer would run slow.

True, a computers speed doesn't only rely on the RAM, but also on the CPU, Graphics Card etc... Extra RAM in this situation would increase speed slightly but the CPU/GPU would make the majority of difference...

6TB does not exist, the largest is 2TB.
6TB is made up of 3x2TB
