Well the first one runs on FreeDOS, which is...not a good OS.
Second one is on Vista Home Basic.
Go for the second one.

the first one.
SiS Mirage 3+ is up to only 256MB of Video
also first one haves a bigger screen and supports HD.
you can always change the OS.

2nd one, and upgrade it to premium. Home Basic isn't such a good OS.

you can always change the OS. | That is true, I don't know why I didn't think of this. Get the first one, it is cheaper and has slightly better parts. Get it and throw in WinXP or wait for Win7.

If you get the first and plan to install a Windows OS on it, I would make sure drivers are available. I'm sure they probably are, but if not you've got an expensive paperweight (with FreeDOS installed). Or Linux.
