				| What is SATA II? And how I find out of my mobo supports it.
What is a good GPU/PSU? I have 200-350 dollars to spend.

				| SATA 2 is just a better version of SATA which the transfer rate is twice as much as the regular SATA and SATA 2 cables has a locking mechanism.
For PSU, get a Corsair brand.

				| For a GFX card I'd suggest the HD 4890.
For the PSU I'd go with either this or this.

				| Because with the release of the new series, they are cheaper.
Not to mention the 5 series is out of his range, and why would you buy a 5 series right now if you can wait? Hopefully they will have a 5890 soon.

The time to buy a 5 series just isn't now; besides, the 4 series is remarkable, even today.

				| The HD5850 will run at about $260-$270, just about right to go with a new PSU (not accounting taxes).
Look up your motherboard model (usually through searching for the model of your system); you should be able to find all the specs you need on the internet.
