Here is a build i made, anything you guys think should be changed? My only worry is that i hope the power supply that i picked will be sufficient. Operating system is going to be windows 7. Also i have not picked a CPU cooler.
Intel Core i5-750 Lynnfield 2.66GHz LGA 1156 95W Quad-Core Processor
Western Digital Caviar black 1TB
Corsair 750TX
SAPPHIRE 100281SR Radeon HD 5870/5850.
GIGABYTE GA-P55-UD3R LGA 1156 Intel P55 ATX Intel Motherboard
Thermaltake Eureka VC8000BWA Black Chassis Aluminum ATX Full Tower Computer Case
G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333
SAMSUNG DVD Burner Black

WD Caviar Blue uses a 16MB cache. I'd recommend Caviar Black with 32MB of cache.
Go Corsair with the PSU. 650TX - 750TX.
Optical drive needed.
I'd wait until the HD 5850 arrives or until the HD 5870 drops significantly. HD 5870 power consumption under load still seems very high; I'm waiting for those numbers to drop as well.
Core i5 Lynnfield is dual-channel, not triple-channel. You won't benefit from using triple-channel RAM. Unless you're doing some advanced 3D rendering or video editing, 6GB of RAM is overkill.

I suggest not getting Sapphire. Even tho they have copper bars on top for cooling and stuff, it over heats like a mofo. My Aunt works at ATI and they personally never suggest Sapphire. Asus, MSI, and Palit are the best companies to work with. Its shit how ATI doesn't do their own cards and sells it to other companies.

I do not suggest getting Gigabyte. Yes it is amazing for OCing but its one of those small motherboards. This is the lowest ranked motherboard there is as ATX. If you're going to pay for that or in a bundle(whichever way your getting it) why not get the Asus P7P55D Socket 1156 Motherboard the one I got. AMAZING design and cooling.

If you are going to get that case as a full tower, I suggest you get the Antec Twelve Hundread Ultimate Gaming Case that comes with:
# 1 top special 200 x 30 mm blue LED exhaust fan with 3-speed switch control (LEDs can be switched off as well)
# -- 2 rear 120 x 25 mm special blue LED exhaust fans with 3-speed switch control
# -- 3 front 120 x 25 mm special blue LED intake fans with front speed control

That cache will probably make no difference at all
For it's specs, the power draw of the 5870 is more than impressive imo. It's basically the same as a 4890 at load and idles much lower.

Uh superweapons the reason i picked DDR3 is because the mother board I picked was because the mem standard was DDR3, but i didnt i see the dual channel So i guess ill use 4GB. Also what RAM and mother board type do you recommend?

@slovach
I guess I was looking over at the CF results: 664 watts.
Current mobo is good. Dual-channel memory limitation is due to the CPU integrated memory controller, so a change in mobo won't help it. Anyways, triple-channel memory performance gains aren't anywhere nearly as impressive as from single-channel to dual-channel.

What type of RAM do you suggest Super?

All 5870s at the time being are the exact same cards only with a different company's logo on them. The cards are too new for any manufacturers to have started modifying them yet.
Lolwut? Both the board the OP wants and the one you suggested are 12.0"*9.6". All ATX motherboards are 12.0"*9.6".
Uh, the antec 1200 is a $150+ case. The OP's case is $50 after MIR on newegg. Huge price difference.
@OP: As noted before, since the i5 only supports DDR3 in dual channel, getting 3 DIMMs will only lead to all of the DIMMs being run in single channel mode. Get 2*2GB.
The PSU's overkill, even a 550w Corsair PSU would be fine. The i5's a quite power efficient chip and the 5870 only draws around 170 watts at load and 30 or so at idle. Hell, you could probably get away with running it on a 450W PSU, though this wouldn't lead to any room for overclocking.
The case also seems a bit ricerish and is probably relatively flimsy, considering all the plastic. I'd suggest a sturdier case like a CM RC-690 or something. I suppose the case is more up to user preference, though, so get whatever.
The CPU, GPU, mobo and HDD look fine to me.

That PSU will be more than enough for a single 5870.
Also, you can just get two single 2GB sticks and be fine, they don't need to be in a dual channel kit. Using a triple channel kit on a dual channel board will force it to single channel.
The Antec 300 is a much better case than the Sunbeam.

Ok i decided to put a little more money into the case, its a Thermaltake Eureka. And from what I know Thermaltake makes pretty good cases. As for Ram i just picked 2*2 DDR3 GSkill ram. I think those are ok changes. Also I might wait for the 5870 price to drop or just get a 5850.
Also as much as I know about computers(which is a good amount I think) I really dont know much about Optical Drives, anybody suggest a good one?

For the cooler, I'm currently using the Prolimatech Megahelems paired with 2 noctua fans, and all I have to say, is that it performs very well.
I believe Prolimatech has released an adapter kit for the LGA 1156 platform.
Also, I know someone who just got a new rig with the CoolerMaster HAF 932 Case, it's quiet and the airflow is very good.
May want to consider that also.

Does it have enough room for massive cards like 5870 and such?

You do know that Sapphire is the only [url=http://ati.amd.com/products/certified/sapphire.html]certified[/irl] maker of ATi cards?
To OP if you want lifetime warranty get XFX.
