my time still slows down.

Here's what I do :
1. Set the time to my time zone
2. Format the computer

the problem still occurs. My time zone is 2pm and the pc is 6am

anymore ideas?

If the date is right then just make it sync with a good time server.

What good will that do if even the BIOS is off? It's not an OS level issue...
