Text doesn't really fit and the whole thing just seems kind of boring for some reason, might be the gray background.

Remove the text. The focal doesn't even looked like it was attempted to be blended. Your background is a little flat, make or add a better background and actually do something people won't be able to guess so easily.

Your render doesn't have that much, emotion. generally when you see a signature or tag you kinda know how the character in it is feeling. Yours is kinda a black and white blurred gradient as a background a render pasten above it. Oh and lets not forget the improvised frame. And text doesn't fits at all.

JMO XD

Try to add some filters to your background combining the colors of you render and Idk, some brushes? xD My first sigs were with brushes.

i think the text doesnt suck, it just should be placed on a different position

Yes, the Background and text is not good. The rest are coming along fine just minor improvements required.
