Honestly, this is just about the worst build I've ever seen. Piece of crap motherboard, expensive last-gen Core 2 Quad processor, unreliable PSU, tiny HDD with low cache, and an AGP card. It'll fit (technically), although it's probably just about the worst investment you can make with your money. You lack an optical drive, RAM, a case, and any external peripherals which you did not specify.

Core i5 750 + Asus P7P55D Pro
Corsair CMPSU-450VX
Sapphire HD4870 1GB
WD Caviar Black 500GB - at the very least, get this. 1TB drive is just a bit more though.

This build only has the parts that you suggested, I'm assuming you have everything else besides the DDR3 RAM (maybe this G.Skill 4GB kit, although it is a bit pricey). Worst comes to worst, at least end up changing the motherboard to a P45, the GPU to something along the lines of an HD4870 or GTX 260, and the PSU.

Less than 500$ (AFTER MAIL IN REBATES!) shipped to Manitoba. Also included a case.
With the extra money left over, you can probably invest in extra case fans as the case I provided only includes 1, but with 3 spots to mount them.
Or even get a nicer case..
OR perhaps get a better motherboard for overclocking.
such as; http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=36856&vpn=GA-MA790X-UD4P&manufacture=Gigabyte

Decent GPU

http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=35762&promoid=1026
Gigabyte motherboard with AM3 support.

http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=39335&promoid=1026
Fast dual core, and should be able to push it far if you try overclock it.
Also, I've heard if you hook it up to the right mobo, you might be able to unlock 4 cores on this CPU.

http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=27526&vpn=PVS24G6400LLK&manufacture=Patriot&promoid=1026
Fast ram with low timings.
Should be good for overclocking.

http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=37047&vpn=OCZ550FTY&manufacture=OCZ%20Technology
Should be more than enough, also it's modular.. that mean's less cable clutter.

http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=39592&vpn=RC-310-BWN1&manufacture=COOLERMASTER
Just bought this case to build my dad's new PC.
For 45 bucks, this is a great case..
