Build on the Nahalem architecture with some tweaks here or there and a onboard PCIe controller, this processor should be on everyone's top list for their next builds.

i5 looks pretty fantastic for the price point.
I'd still like to see 6 to 8 core processors though, I won't be upgrading until those are pretty standard. My Q6600 @ 3.6 is more than enough until then.

That's true, I don't see point either in upgrading my current quad, but those looking at a new computer should really consider the (socket 1156's) version of the Core i5/i7.
On another web, newegg leaked the pricing of the mobos, but they took it down. Now the lynnfield is officially released, newegg has so far has not put back up the pricing of the boards yet!

I'm probably not going to upgrade until 22nm Sandy Bridge.
Also, Intel needs to release an i5 750 with HT. It'd be killer if it was cheap enough. Prices still seem to run a bit high on Newegg, but it'll fall for sure.
