That's like asking "what kind of house do I want - one with 3 bedrooms and no dining room, or 2 bedrooms and a dining room?"
It completely depends on what you want out of the card.
Reliability? All out performance? Cheap? SLI? Crossfire? What motherboard do you have? What's your budget?

I'm getting it from here
1. I need a slightly expensive(but not extremely too expensive)
2. 400bit abv
3. Budget is RM650
4. LGA1366 Motherboard
5. Almost to the high-end

Just in case anyone else is confused - RM650 equates to about 110GBP or 180USD.
As you've still not told me what board you have, I can't tell you if your machine is better suited to ATI or nVidia cards. Though with such a low budget, I'd suggest going for ATI. You can pick up an ATI Radeon HD4870 1024MB for that price, which is a pretty good card.

Go with an ATI Radeon HD4870 1024MB.
There's an Asus one that's around your budget, and they offer pretty good performance.

Well if you compare it back in the day, nVidia by far.
But nowadays, ATi has leveled the playing field when it comes to Graphic Cards.
In my opinion, ATi Radeons are much better than nVidia GeForces today.

I remember looking at some benchmarking website and nVidia had the highest performance one and most of the lowest performance ones. ATI Radeon was more in the middle.
