You mean the router company's web site or your personal router setup page?
Are you redirecting to the router's IP instead of your own (host computer's)?

You need to Host your DNS there or something like that.
To be honest.
The best way to Host a Website is to get a free host.
I recommend Byethost over T35 because T35 has forced ads and no Php and no MySQL.
Byethost
5500 MB disk space
200 GB monthly transfer
50 addon domains
50 parked domains
50 sub domains
50 MySQL databases
FTP account
Online file manager

Byethost always gives me problems with PHP, it always redirects me to some page about the history of PHP or some shit.

In Byethost and other free Webhosts, if the Page is not found(404) or any other error, it redirects to some other page.
But you can have your own custom 404 Page by adding a .htaccess file...

It looks like you're behind a router (one that's badly configured as well, I can see when you're awake and downloading/uploading, and that it has at least 2 computers attached)
anyhow, at that 'microtic site' use your routers login and password and configure it to close port 80 to the outside world, and forward port 80 to your own computer (you might be able to use that winbox.exe file it provides)
