I've been infected with a keylogger, a deep system scan with kaspersky hasn't found it. I really need help deleting it, I tried a system recovery, I thought maybe it would help, but no. Someone please help

First of all when I tried to delete it, it said can not delete, program is still running in System 32, and second of all when I told the person who GAVE me the key logger, he laughed and said his work here was done.

Try using Malwarebyte's Anti Malware first.

Proof acknowledged, humm.....So you say it is running in system 32........... Well you obviously downloaded a file without scanning it = dumb, find the file delet it, if it says no, download unblocker and rigght click the folder and click unblocker and it should unblock it, if that dosnt work, restart in safe mode and delet the file that way. I think one of them should work .

No, I've scanned it with virustotal.com, AND my kaspersky before I opened it. Nothing on both.
