Ok so like when windows starts six programs popup imediatly.
Msn,antivirus,steam and some others. There's like no dely and I can start working directly. Is there something wrong with my computer?

Nope if you look in the options menu of each program there is a run on start up option.

That's normal behaviour. Your OS has a list of registry locations and files that it checks for startup entries - when you log in it runs them.

Delaying them would require creating a script that waits for a certain amount of time, then runs the specified process. You could switch out the normal registry entry for your script.
