I think you got more of a chance in the computer section, you should ask for a mod to move it.

I use Icon Packager from http://wincustomize.com/
May not work for all programs though, and you might need the full version.

There's some settings on your computer. I've done it before trying to do something in a tutorial. I'm going to check again.

My shortcuts dont have arrows. If you have tuneup utilities it can remove them. Its probably a registry. google "remove shortcut arrow".
