Well i saved an file in my usb disk and i want to change its name. i tried to do so but it says 'this file is read only' so i go to properties and uncheck read only and when i press ok it says 'acess denied'.

This seems to be a serios problem with the acces denied thingy lal. help please.

theres a program called Unlocker, it helps u when u get errors and cant deleate/rename a file. I dono if it will help in ur case but u can try it. U can Dwnl it in the sticky thread.

Can it unlock a file even tho it is being used?

Download unlocker, just right click on the file and it'll come up with options.
Easiest and most useful program ever.

Read his original post. It's a little different from what Unlocker claims to remedy.
OP, try again in safe mode. Not sure what that might be.

Disable your AV, I doubt this is the case but it could be denying access to the file, tagging it as a trojan or some crap.

Ok this worked with the usb disk when i re-installed it. But i have the same problem with an cd where i have some old files and i wanto organize/delete some of them.

When i right-click choose unlocker it says 'Error debug privilegies'

How can i solve this?
