How to hack GBA, Super Nintendo, Arcade, and PS games on computer simulated using emulators such as VisualBoyAdvance, Snes, and Nebula(aka Roms) using CE? I want to know how CE could affect games within programs like emulators. (Already impressed by its effect on online games, single player cpu games, and flash games.)

you dont really need ce for hacking any of those games most emulators have action replay or some cheat engine built in, if not you could find one that does.

if you are going to use ce anyway you wont be able to get static pointers as it uses different memory sections each time you open the program and load the rom.
