x64 can run x32 and bellow?

First of all does x64 mean 64-bit color? Second of all can u run applications with less colors? some say that u have to go for 64 when u have 64. I doubt that it is true.

No, while it is technologically possible to have 64-bit color, it isn't used by any graphics card today (and since a lot of people use crappy TN panel lcd displays most won't ever see more than 18 bit color)

No, 64 just means that your computer is capable of doing 64-bit, not that it can't do anything else than 64. Most people don't even realize they already have a 64-bit capable cpu (new pentium 4's, pentium D, core2duo, etc..)
