Not in and of itself. What are your temps when the GPU's under considerable stress?

Get the model of your graphics card and look for the safe operating temperatures. You may need get a (better) case fan if the temperatures are too high.

GPU-z, Hardware Monitor, and Speedfan.

Also, you should label your temperatures as Celsius or Fahrenheit.
