Right-click, Properties, untick "Hidden".
If you mean that you can't see it to change the attribute: Tools, Folder Options,(second tab?), Choose to display hidden files and folders.

open any random folder > Click 'Tools' > Folder Options > View > Show hidden files and folders
then do what Karakawe said.

Go to registry editor and navigate to the following location
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version\Explorer\Advanced\Folder\Hidden\ShowAll
On the right-hand side look for a entry label "CheckedValue"
The type of that entry should be "REG_SZ" and the data should be "2"
Once you find it delete it.
Next create a new "Dword" value and name it as "CheckedValue"
The type of this entry will be "REG_DWORD". Modify the value to 1
Exit registry editor and restart your system.
If this does not work then you may have a virus

Something like | Code: | | ATTRIB -H [path] /S | Doesn't do anything?
There's no specific error message, is there?
Maybe try in safe mode if there's any indication that a program is using them, I don't know.
