I have been having this issue for quiet some time. I have reformatted several times, and i continue to have the same problem. I do not believe its over heating. But i'm confused and without knowledge on how to solve this issue.

I'm not sure what my current wattage is, but I'm not sure if that is my issue. I built this PC with my hands, and my brothers help. Me and him are both very great with PCs and i don't feel we'd make a mistake like that Razz.

+ I'm too lazy to bend over and look at the wattage.

depends, not yet.

also sorry for being all up my self i want to help you.

what i would do is start unpluging things in the pc 1 by 1 in this order.

CD/Dvd drive
Extra Hard Disks (big power sucker)
case fans
and if you have an onboard graphics card and another pluged in use your onboard and unplug the graphics card

after each one run your system like normal untill it restarts, if it was what i thaught you need a better PSU

PS: i am watching this thread every 5 min so ill stay tuned

Ah yes, i am perfectly fine with you being "all up yourself" Its normal.

as for the standard unplugNcheck procedure i've done that and confirmed that its none of these causing the issue. Although i'm gunna check my PSU in a second.. Cuz i'm gunna get off my lazy butt. ill post in a second .

it appears to be a MEAR 400W +5V.

Which is probably why this is occurring.

I honestly would go, download everest, and post them here. But i'm far to lazy.

As for the RAM being one of the reasons. No, I do run on 2GB of RAM atm, and 2 of my 512 sticks are pretty old, but still running strong. Which i plan ti switch out for 3 sticks of 1GB gaming RAM (i have 4 RAM slots on my PC)

i'm convinced its the PSU after seeing that i only run with 400...
