Are you totally sure you put the .dll in system32? You're supposed to EXTRACT the .zip up to system32 using winrar or whatever you're using.

There's nothing wrong with the file. I can extract it just fine. Either redownload it or use a program that fails less.

www.7-zip.org/download.html That's where you can download 7 zip. Once downloaded, redownload the dll, then exctract it with 7 zip. Once extracted, move it into system 32 then reboot the system. AND I STILL CAN"T POST LINKS!!!!

Put the DLL in system32. Just straight in there. Click start then run then system32, it should pop up.
You might have to register it afterwards.
