On my other PC (I'm on my moms) My PC is having some disk check thing that popped out of the blue when I turned it on... and then it said deleting PROPSYS.dll and before that all happen I ignored the setup disk check thing... It wouldn't let me logon to my Windows Account due to an error of PROPSYS.dll help please?

What do you mean by that?
It seems like propsys is an important dll. I have a link to a site that has the dll, but i can't post it yet. i'll pm you.
I don't know why your computer deleted the file. Maybe it was a virus that made it look like it was running a disk check :o. I'm not sure how your gonna reinsert the dll into your computer when you can't log in. You could install another operating system, dual booting, then logging into the uncorrupted operating system and inserting the dll, OR, you could put the windows installation disk and hope it repairs your operating system.

What do you mean by that?
It seems like propsys is an important dll. Attached is a file with a url for a link which is supposed to have the propsys dll. I can't type it because i'm not allowed to post urls.

I'm on my fucked up PC and it keeps popping the error up but finally figured a way out to get on the internet for help!
Thanks guys for the download and now I need to insert the .dll into System32!

I tried that already and doesn't work...
I downloaded ExpressZIP and tried extracting the .dll but said that there is an invalid or no password of corrupted file...
I'm pissed...
I need help quick and need instructions or steps on what the fuck to do...

Do I extract or just drag it into System32?
When I download that file Jack gave me it said use ExpressZIP and extract to System not System32?

| try system32, maybe reboot? and if it doesn't work, put it in system. maybe system 32 is the equivelant on system, except the website's folder is for a different operating system, maybe different service pack.

Download and install WinRAR, then get that .zip file, right click> Winrar> extract here...
Then once extracted, copy the propsys.dll to My Computer> C:\ > Windows > System32...
Reboot and see if it works...

I have WinRar already downloaded and went to go try what you said but when I turned on my PC I click start Windows Normaly and it done all this stuff and went back to the select screen like the Safe mode and the start windows normaly screen... even tried the Safe mode and safe mode with networking and the command prompt...
Example
"Safe Mode"
"Safe Mode with Netwoking"
"Safe Mode with Command Prompt"
"Last Known Good Configuration (advanced)"
"Start Windows Normally"
Each one I clicked done the same thing except the Safe Mode ones loaded the .sys and .dll files in System32...
Any idea why my PC is doing ths?
What'd I do wrong?

If I were you, I'd get a copy of a LiveCD Ubuntu, then copy the file.
If Widows still doesn't work, I'd simply reformat...
