I'm using FF, take a look at speedtest.net for example, the Swf isn't even embedded.

Try opening it in IE
If it works in IE, try reinstalling FF.

What are you talking about? get your facts straight before you make stuff up...
Internet Explorer and Windows Explorer are 2 Different applications...
Internet Explorer is a web browser made by Microsoft which is not a required component for Windows to run. (iexplore.exe)
On the other hand, Windows Explorer is a Windows component which is used to browse through files stored on your harddrive using a GUI... (Explorer.exe)
Internet Explorer can be un-installed, but Windows Explorer can't...

This. One of the over 9000 addons you have installed is probably fucking with flash.
