Could I burn the ISO to a DVDR?
Could I run it with 1.5 GB of RAM and 2.20GHZ Processor?
Is it worth it?
Can I use the same install disk twice? (One for VM, one for actual installation) |
Yes.
Yes, I am running it with 1 GB of RAM and a 1.6 GHz Processor.
Not sure what you mean by this.

512mb ram, 3ghz pentium 4 (1 core) and Windows 7 runs just as fast as XP did. It starts up in about 25-30 sec (my fastest timed startup was 24.3)
The hardest part is the drivers, which i seem to have working now

Well if you want to try W7, it is. It isn't that hard to burn it to a DVD, boot it and install it. & From what I remember, w7 installs pretty fast compare to other OSs. Imo w7 is a pretty good OS, stable also.
I don't see why you would want to put windows 7 then install it for vm unless you're doing this on a different PC.
