1. Copy Font
2. Go to C:\Windows\Fonts or C:\Windows\System32\Fonts (Sorry I forgot)
3. Paste in the folder.

Vista/Windows 7
1. Right click Font
2. Install

What I meant was using existing fonts. I have a crappy font in use right now.

What do you mean?
For Microsoft Word there is a Combobox filled with fonts...
In Notepad push Format>Font...

For the whole system. My fonts on my desktop and taskbar look retarded and hard to read.

Right click on desktop, properties. Appearance tab, advanced. Choose whatever, and change the fonts.
