1. Copy Font
2. Go to C:\Windows\Fonts or C:\Windows\System32\Fonts (Sorry I forgot)
3. Paste in the folder.
Vista/Windows 7
1. Right click Font
2. Install

2. Install | What I meant was using existing fonts. I have a crappy font in use right now.

What do you mean?
For Microsoft Word there is a Combobox filled with fonts...
In Notepad push Format>Font...

Right click on desktop, properties. Appearance tab, advanced. Choose whatever, and change the fonts.
