Kind of a stupid error but my time is really screwed up, and it wont sync to internet time. Why does this matter? well some sites with like a secure connection like ITunes or things of the sort wont connect because the time is off, so my computer thinks the connection isn't a secure connection blah blah... Also i cant use programs like AIM because for some odd reason it doesn't like my time being off. Anybody got any ideas? Also on the side note i cant get windows updates either, soon as i saw that i figured virus but i did a malwarbytes and nod32 scan, im clean.

This would be an answer to the cause..
If I were you and I pirated, I would just pirate a different windows, or buy the real version. Also, pre orders for Windows 7 are only 99.99 for professional version, but its not coming out in a long time.

What OS? Have you checked the data & time settings to be sure your timezone is set correctly? Can you change the time manually? If yes, does it change back when you reboot?

If you can't get help from here, I would go to windows support.
