oh, oh, oh, give him the Antec 900 Version 2
I think that one is sexier. I have the old 900
and btw, the hdt isnt that good. I have it, im running 30c.

Arctic Silver 5 is MUCH better than that thermal grease, and nearly the same price ($1-$2 more?)

Also, you beat me to everything else I was going to recommend. :<

What version of the HDT series did you get? Mine idles in the twenties, and I have a high overclock. (Nearly 4 Ghz on an E5200!). I use the Antec 900 as well, and the only difference between the 900 and the 902 is the black paintjob, the two exhaust fan controllers are in the back instead of the inside, and the different design on the top. I don't see how it is worth $30 more.

I have the HDT-S1283.
Artic Silver 5, and a Q6600.
Copper something gigabyte mobo,
using speedfan + bios to calculate temp.
I'm using the antec 900, older one.
No overclock, I guess I applied thermal paste wrong?
